    We know you’re going to love your shoes. But if for any reason you don’t, you’re welcome to return them in an unworn condition within 30 days of receiving the order.

    BUB offers a 30 day money back guarantee. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    In the case of a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@bub.sheos prior to sending back your item/s.

    Please specify the reason then wait for the confirmation email before you make the shipment. BUB has a right to deny any return or exchange items shipped without a prior declaration email and confirmation.

    After the confirmation mail we will be responsible for the return postage on conditon that you make the shipment via UPS or DHL.

    Gift cards are non-refundable.


    EXCHANGES (if applicable)

    We only exchange items if they are unused and in the same condition that you received it for the situations below,

    – If the item is defective or damaged, so you want the same item.
    – If the item doesn’t fits you, so you want smaller or bigger size.

    In these cases send us a prior email at sales@bub.shoes and specify your request then wait for the confirmation mail before you make the shipment. BUB has a right to deny any exchange items shipped without a prior declaration mail and confirmation. After the confirmation mail we will be responsible for the return postage on conditon that you make the shipment via UPS

    For exchanging with another item, you can follow return procedures and make a new order.


    CANCELATIONS

    You are always free to change your mind. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at info@bub.shoes . If your order has not been shipped yet we’ll refund you 100 percent of the product price you paid immediately. If your order has been shipped or reached to you, you need to follow the refund procedures.


    REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We’ll refund you 100 percent of the product price you paid. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@bub.shoes

    Regular priced & sale items may be refunded excluding superclearance items.

    ONLY SUPERCLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
