We ship free worldwide excluding Mexico, Cuba, North Korea, Syria,
Sudan, Brazil and India.
We ship all the items from Istanbul, Turkey.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
There may be duties and/or taxes applied to your order when
delivery is made or billed to you afterwards dependent on your local
government's customs regulations.
BUB does not take responsibility for these charges, and they
unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by BUB.If you are uncertain of
the charges or whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
All our shoes are manufactured in European size standarts, so make
sure to visit our Sizing Chart to see the US & UK
The great thing about BUB is, once you find your perfect size you
will have no doubt for your next order. All of our shoes have same fitting.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES BUB ACCEPT?
We accept all major payment cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.
All our payments by payment cards are processed via one of the
most secure payment platforms in the world. All the data
stored is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
(PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is
necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your
purchase transaction information is deleted.

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email within 24
hours containing your tracking number. If you do not receive this email after 5
business days of your your order, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and our
customer service team will be glad to assist you.You

HOW DO I RETURN or EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
BUB offers a 30 day money back guarantee. Our policy lasts 30
days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer
you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item
must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be
in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-refundable. Please note that before any return
or excahnge you need to contact our customer service team at email@example.com prior to sending
back your item/s.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as
possible. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days after they
are placed. We ship all orders via UPS. Orders generally reach the destination
in 2 business days after the shipment.
